Description: Self guide canoe/kayak hire on the Whanganui River, offering half to five day trips using new Old Town Canadian canoes and Nantucket kayaks. Day trips in Canadians or Minnow kayaks. Package includes all gear hire and transport, but not DOC river user pass. We provide NZ Canoe Association maps. We have re-equipped over the winter with brand new Eddlyline buoyancy vests and exclusive wide mouthed waterproof storage barrels, giving approx 220 litres per canoe. Dry bags also supplied.
