Punakaiki Horse Treks Description: Horseback riding to the foot of the Pancake Rocks, Punakaiki. Ride within the spectacular Paparoa National Park - with abundant birdlife and rivers crossings. The Homestead Farm Stay Description: We invite you to our Farm on the bank of the Rough River in the province of Westland in the South Island of New Zealand.
We have 10 quiet farm horses. No experience is needed, and all ages catered for.
Treks are available from one hour to a full day along the banks of the Rough River -- beautiful scenery following old cattle and pack tracks through beech forest and river flats.
