On The Farm: The property of Celli Gadarn was once a working apiary of 500 beehives. The Honey House itself is charmingly infused with the character of its former life where honey extraction took place. It is a rustic building clad with oiled redwood, and set amongst 50 acres of beautiful countryside. Now the bees are gone and our focus is on restoration of the native forest. We also run a small flock of Romney sheep & friendly farm animals and grow a large variety of fruits, nuts and vegetables, organically.
